WordPress.com to Self Hosted Site – Subscription Migration

Hi there, I am having some issues trying to move our WordPress.com followers to our self hosted site datatechag.com. I followed the steps provided here: https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/, but when I get to the ‘Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site’ area the dropdown box to select the WordPress.com Site is empty. I am not sure why this is happening because I see that they are connected and I turned the subscription module on. I am hoping someone can help me with this issue soon as our WordPress.com membership is expiring at the end of the week. Thanks in advance!

Hi @dtadminbutler, the wordpress.com site and the Jetpack connection are both owned by another account. Can you log in as that user instead?
