  Is it possible to use wordpress.com and wordpress.org together? I currently have a wordpress.com site but I would like to be able to do more with it, i.e. plugins. Is there a way I can use wordpress.org while still having my site managed and hosted through wordpress.com?

  See here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for a comparison knowing there is no upgrade aside from a VIP hosting upgrade like CNN has that you can purchase that changes anything stated there.
