WordPresss won't accept auto renewal for space upgrade

    I have tried several times to set up auto renewal for my 10 GB space upgrade that I just purchased; yet after several days it shows “Status: Active, manual.” My other services are set for auto-renewal, but not the extra 10 GBs despite several attempts. Any fixes? Thanks.

    Hi Bruce,

    After looking into your account, I found that the credit used to purchase the 10GB Space Upgrade is set to expire before your expiration date which is April of 2015. So, the credit card on file will have expired before the renewal so auto-renewal is not available as an option.

    If you want to change your credit card, please go to Users > Personal Settings > Account Details. You will be able to find “Stored Credit Card Details” and change or remove it there.
