Workspace reseller billing release

  Hello,

  I have Google Workspace through WordPress.com and want to move to direct Google billing.

  I do NOT want to cancel or delete my Google Workspace account.
  I only need WordPress.com to release the reseller billing relationship.

  The chatbot says cancellation is required, but I need this handled as a billing transfer, not an account deletion.

  Can a WordPress staff member please assist or escalate this?
