  Hi, some time ago I create a WP account directly thru WP and I forgot about it as I was working with other Hosting and web services companies.
  Since then I have joined BlueHost and thru BH I have access to WP. I have been working on the development of a site based on WP and some plugins on a domain I own (bill-gonzalez.com) . Recently I have been having troubles accessing WP thru the BH site which till two days ago I was able to access w/o problems. I have contacted the BH support team but we have not been able to resolve the issue as I keep getting the message : ‘This page isn’t working right nowwww.bill-gonzalez.com redirected you too many times.
  To fix this issue, try clearing your cookies.
  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’. I dont know for sure but the fact that I have two accounts with WP may cause at least part of the problem. I had the option to delete this account (accessed directly from WP site) but my email will be locked for 30 days and the account I have thru BH uses the same email address. Can you help

  The site bill-gonzalez.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/bill-gonzalez.com+dns

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
