  When I go to log into my dashboard, using wp-admin/ it goes to a blank screen. How can I fix that???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy –

  For WordPress.com sites you’d need to sign in from the login screen. It sounds like you might be set up on the open source WordPress.org software instead. Help with that version of WordPress comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I just attempted to get onto my dashboard and ran into the same results. Any luck figuring out the issue?

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
