wp-admin, can't sign in, new problem

    Hi Guys, after my recent installation of a couple of new plugins and update on the new wordpress theme, I seem to be stumbling into a few problems here and there. The most recent being that I encounter this warning message every time I try logging into my wd-admin.

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/22/11923622/html/wp-content/plugins/popup-to-share/mplugin.php:1) in /home/content/22/11923622/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    Some people dont even see the website itself, http://www.iamafropolitan.com

    Please help as I need to update the site :) Thanks.

    You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated at http://www.iamafropolitan.com is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
