WP Admin/Dashboard Issues

    Hello! I’m logged into the admin back end with no trouble, but every time I try to edit a page, access any dashboard features, etc. I get redirected to a 404 error on my site. Also, the admin side looks different than it previously did…I think I was using the WP Admin and now it’s a different dashboard…but when I try to access WP Admin it also gives me a 404 error. Please advise!

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1&1.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
