wp-admin doesn’t recognise my password. When I try to change my password with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) I do not get an email enabling me to change my password.

We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host (M247 Web Hosting) uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.
