WP admin panel frozen.

  My WP website/blog admin panel is freezing up. Sometimes have to refresh a dozen times or more to get what I have changed to update. I cleared my cache. Have the latest version of WP. Deactivated all plug ins. Reactivated them one at a time. This seemed to clear it up for a couple of days. Although reactivating them didn’t recreate the problem. Now it’s doing the same thing. Only this time REALLY frozen. Nothing is happening. Yikes. Help!!!
