wp-admin password reset

    I can’t remember my wp-admin password for my WordPress site that is hosted on Digital Ocean. I entered my email address at the “lost password” link but nothing has been forthcoming. How long does it take to receive a reset password email from WP? Thanks!

    Your site is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Digital Ocean as you mentioned. We can directly help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    Since you’re unable to log in to your WordPress.org site, please contact Digital Ocean as they can help you log in to the site. The site is hosted by them so only they have access to the site.
