WP & Blog Shut Down!!! Need HELP ASAP

  Tried to install plugin and my whole WP & Blog is shut down.
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /home/qpons/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-common-functions.php on line 589
