WP Easy Pay (Square)

I’ve obtained my keys….the ‘amount’ cell is accessible, but there are NO cells for putting in visa/master card number…expire dates, etcs…what gives? Frank

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
If you’re referring to a specific plugin for that software, please contact support for the particular plugin directly.

Thank you so much for at least responding. Website is http://www.pack365.org and being hosted by Godaddy, but I’m using WordPress as my website builder. The plugin I added is WP Easy Pay that (in my case) says can interface with Square. For some reason the copied template in the app to build a page show cells like Name, Credit card into, etc, but to the right of that, the cells are not open for typing in the information. I did call Square, they were of no help. I was able to get the respective API data and copy it into the Plugin settings area. It doesn’t appear to give me any indication that the page is ties/linked to Square. (Supposed to be easy)…so I presume WP Easy Pay is outside support of this discourse between you and I? I may have just figured it out!…..this “location ID” was needed and I couldn’t find out where to get it…………..UNTIL NOW!……..I appreciate you reading this! THank you for your time. Square has an API section (one must click the link…terms and agreement) or you won’t be able to move forward in creating an area in Square to receive the needed data (API stuff). Location is in the API area as a hyperlink to get to that information. 3 areas in WP Easy Pay are needed to make the Cells workable! Once populated in the WP Easy Pay settings, you can check the page you created and see cells for Card number..expiry…postal code…etc..etc…

……and well, new error message “This request could not be authorized” after credit card info is applied…….LOL. continued work through needed.
