WP Form help

I’m big-time struggling to change the appearance of a WP Form I’m using. I need to change the spacing of the letters, the lines, and I don’t want it to be all caps. I’ve tried everything I know (which admittedly is not a ton) and I just can’t solve this.
Also, my husband is in the IT world and has been managing the back-end stuff of our site. Originally we were http://www.linenandgracedesigns.com but after a rebrand, we’re now http://www.thismanifestedlife.com. I’m not sure if you need to know that, just wanted to make you aware since I’m not asking for help with the Linen & Grace Designs site anymore.
The site I need help with is http://www.linenandgracedesigns.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
