WP-Lister inventory sync not marking items out of stock

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I am using WP-Lister to sync listings on my eBay store with WooCommerce. The issue is that items sold on eBay will occasionally fail to have their stock reduced to 0 on the wordpress site. As a result I’m having customers buy items that are unavailable and having to refund them. The problem items were sold days or months prior. I am manually updating/importing from eBay daily but some items are not being recognized correctly.

It appears to me that WP-Lister is incorrectly identifying the problem items as ‘ended’ rather than ‘sold’. Beyond that I am unaware why because they appear to be sold and billed out identically on the eBay side.

Thank you for your assistance, TT

  • Hi TT! Sorry it’s giving you trouble. The site you listed doesn’t have an ecommerce store on it, so I’m guessing you may actually be referring to a copy of the free WordPress software with another host, rather than the site here with our services. Does that sound right?

If so, here’s where i’d recommend reaching out:

    – Contact support for the plugin first. They’ll most likely have seen this issue before

    – If that doesn’t help, try the forum for WooCommerce:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

    – Then if you still need help, try using the forums for the free software, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ . Here’s the difference between the open source software and our services:
