WP-Login – Sending email verification to reset new password to old email addy?

    How do I get my username/password updated if it keeps sending information to my old email address? It’s not even active anymore and was on an old server. I have a new email address but I can’t get to any info without signing in! Help?

    Hi there,

    So you are trying to reset the password for another account, for which the email address is no longer active? You will need to log into that account before you can change the email address. We’d have pretty terrible account security if we allowed you to change an account’s email without logging in first.

    What site/account are you trying to access? If it’s a WordPress.com site/account and you don’t have access to the email address, you’ll need to verify your ownership via the account recovery form before we’ll be able to give you access:
