That site has nothing to do with us, or with the open source WordPress project on WordPress.org.
It looks like that site is selling unlicensed (in other words, pirated) copies of premium WordPress themes made by different companies. I wouldn’t recommend buying themes though a site like this, as there’s no guarantee you’re getting the most recent version, nor is there a way to know whether the files might have been modified from their original versions. Theme developers also won’t provide you with support for an unlicensed copy of a theme should you run into any problems.
If you’re interested in one of the themes listed there, rather buy it directly from the theme shop/developer who made it, so the people who actually did the work to create that theme also gets the payment for their work.
