WP themes loads very slowly.

  Why do my themes load extremely slow (I mean dial up kind of slow)? I’ve tried different themes on different computers. They are all super slow, even with no content and even the dashboard. Is this possible something on the WP end or is this a hosting issue or??? Thanks.
