WP website gator service still no functional site

I have established a website with wp then I purchased service with hostgator and now I cant get help from either to completely help me get the wp site up and running.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hostgator is a completely different place. If that’s where you prefer to be you’ll have to reach out to them.
