WPBakery Page Builder BLOCK DISAPPEARED!

PLEASE HELP! We like to use the Backend editor as you can’t do everything properly from the Frontend. All the elements/blocks we created and used to edit have disappeared after updating several plugins! The website still looks the same but we can’t edit anything as normal, everything is in CODE! Absolute nightmare.
Does anyone know how we can get back to our old view or somehow convert code back to the blocks so we can move around and edit as we please?
