wpCentral or Multisite?
-
I have 5 websites originally based on Drupal, but now I’m thinking migrate to WordPress.
but here is the question. All my websites were photo album site, and WordPress saves all attachments date in the “post” table in database with articles and other stuffs, so when there is a lot of data, it seems to generates a lot of pressure on server and database.
All 5 websites set in one web hosting, and I need a unified management on admincp.
So should I choice wpCentral or Multisite for best CPU and server pressure?Install 1 WordPress software with Multisite to built 5 sites or install 5 WordPress softwares for different sites. which one would be better?

Hi there,
I think the folks over in the WordPress.org forum would be better able to answer these questions for you:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Those are the forums for the open source WordPress software.
The forums you’re posting to now is for WordPress.com, the hosting provider. If you moved the sites to us, we’d have no problem handling whatever attachment data is added to the database tables, as our infrastructure is built to scale, and can handle a lot.
However, it’s not possible to run a multisite installation with us, as WordPress.com itself is already a multisite. On the other hand, WordPress.com does allow you to manage multiple sites from the same account, so perhaps create a free site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/ to see how it works before you make a decision.
I do need to mention that if you want all five sites to be on a custom domain, you’ll need a paid plan for each site.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
