  Hi there, my credit card statement has shown that there is a bill from WPCHRG.COM for 36.00 euro. It seems this is the charge from Akismet Basic but it supposed to be free. Please check for me.

  It sounds like speaking with the Akismet will be the best bet in getting this charge resolved: https://akismet.com/contact/

  I do not see see any charges under your WordPress.com account, so they will most likely have access to what you were charged for. Do you happen to have any other WordPress.com accounts? 36 euro sounds more like a WordPress.com charge.
