write article

when i go to write an article on my site and press the write button on the top right-hand side of my reader section it redirects me to my site blog post
the site blog post is on my hosting site blue host and with the redirect allows to post thier; how ever but thats not where i would like to post and article i want to right the arictle on wordpress.com -
