writing a new post

    When I log in and select ‘Write,’ a pop-up appears that blocks out the edit screen. I can’t get it to go away, so I can’t make a new post. What should I do?

    Hi there, can you please tell us:
    What screen are you on when you click on the “Write” button?
    What OS and browser are you using?

    You might also try logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of all other sites you are logged into) and then closing down and reopening your browser to log back in. Make sure that both 3rd party cookies and javascript is enabled in your web browser.
