writing a post

  Hello!
  I recently noticed that I am unable to write a new blog post from my Mac Air. When I click on ‘write new post’ button, it attempts to open the page, but nothing happens. For this blog, or my other WP blog. I can only write from my phone. Am I missing something? I have been writing on my blog for a long long long time.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you are using Safari on your Mac Air, yes? What you describe sounds like an issue with expired cache or cookies. I am able to load pages to edit without issue on my end so it does not seem to be a widespread problem. With this in mind I would like you to try clearing your cache and cookies based on the steps Apple recommends here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-and-website-data-sfri11471/mac

  If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Safari?
