Wrong authorization code

    Yesterday I followed all steps in order to transfer my domain to another registrar but I am having trouble:
    1) when I log into my domains, after unblocking, there are no domains with the transfer pending
    2) the auth. code you provided me with is not working.

    Could you please try to request the authorization code once more and try to transfer initiate a transfer again?

    We have tried again but I am afraid it doesn’t work. I’ve been told it should only have alphanumeric characters (?).

    I’ve just contacted the domain registrar and asked them to generate a new code and send it to you.

    Sorry for the delay. The registrar generated a new transfer code. The guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the new authorization (EPP) code:

    I have gone through the whole process again and obtained a new Authorization code. However, if I log into the domain manager>Transfers>Pending transfers out, there are no pending transfers out.
    This happened before and I couldn’t transfer the domain.
    Could you please double check. I am behind schedule in transferring my domain…

    My new registrar is Jimdo and all I have to do is send them the Authorization Code

    My new registrar is Jimdo and all I have to do is send them the Authorization Code

    Once you’ve sent them the Authorization code, the domain will appear in your ‘Pending transfer out’ section for you to accept. It might take a little while before Jimdo initiates the transfer for you.
