    I was billed on my credit card and I want to cancel. The transaction id is

    Please do not post sensitive information like transaction IDs in the public support forums, as that information can be used by someone to gain unauthorised access to your account.

    The account you’re using to post here was created yesterday and has never purchased any upgrades from us.

    The transaction ID you provided matches a recent renewal payment for the account with the username, siaquinto, but has already been refunded. Please log in as that username an comment here if you need any more help with this.
