  I have purchased premium theme, Small Business and thought I had purchased a premium plan so I could associate with my domain. Can it be changed?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades, so it sounds like you may have another. Which site did you purchase the theme and Premium plan for?

  Please don’t share the transaction ID here, a link to the site is the only information I need for now :)
