wrong charge

Hi, it seems I was charged again after I’d been refunded for a wrong charge after a cancellation. I noticed it because I received a e-invoice and I cannot get in touch with Jetpack team.

I don’t see any recent charges from Jetpack on your WordPress.com account. The Jetpack upgrade you purchased back in May has already been refunded. You can see all of your purchases on this page:
