wrong domain

  I created a site by mistake yesterday and want to change the name of the domain. I thought it wasn’t active yet, but apparently is. What can I do?

  Here is a support document that will explain how to do that.

  However, please be aware that once changed, your old URL will no longer be available in the future. We do not recycle domain names. So if you believe that you will have a need for the current URL in the future, please do not follow the name change instructions and instead, create a new WordPress.com site and import your content into it using these instructions:
