Wrong email address

  I was creating a wordpress.com site and when i entered the email address i entered (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). and it successfully registered the email address but it doesnt exist. so i created it but nothing came up. can i have my sitename un reserved so i can use it on the correct account?
