wrong email address

  I have tried to change my email setting three times to my new email – clicked on the link to do so and it does not change on my settings. Please help! I am losing communications from readers. My fastmail account is closed. Please reply to this message at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you, Kathleen Franks

  Hi Kathleen, I’ve made the change on our end in your master user account. Could you please check that the email looks correct here:

  https://en.wordpress.com/settings/account/

  You will also need to update the email in the Users > Personal Settings area of each individual site’s dashboard. For example:

  https://porchstory.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

  …as well as each additional site.

  If you have any trouble with that part, please let me know.
