wrong email ID

  Hi,

  I registered the following domain name: http://www.louiseblommaert.com a few days back and the fee has been charged to my credit card, but i still didn’t receive the email confirmation mail.

  When I am requesting to resend the email, the system is saying that the email ID is not recognised, hence I am fearing that I typed in a wrong email ID when registering.

  How can I now reclaim/access this domain name I paid for?

  You can print your receipt out by going to Dashboard > Store > Billing History http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/

  You can confirm your email address on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Yes, are you seeing the correct email address on the page that timethief links to?

  Also, there is an additional issue.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of louiseblommaert.com .

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the louiseblommaert.com dashboard.
