Wrong invoice

    Hi there,
    I have recently had a write of on my credit card from WordPress, but I haven’t bought anything and don’t see any invoices in my history. Can the support desk help me figure out what the invoice is for, why I’ve received a write of and how I can stop it and get a refund?

    Hi @lisanne220, actually can you reach out directly to billing? I don’t see anything on this account, so I’m guessing you have another. While we could find it with payment details, sharing them here wouldn’t be secure.

    You can enter a few details from the payment. It will look up the charge and let you contact billing.
