wrong name

  Hi there, I accidentally typed in the wrong domain name (I don’t own the domain, and I have not yet paid for my WordPress subscription – fortunately I caught the mistake before paying!) How can I permanently delete this incorrect domain name so that I can create a new page with the correct name?

  Hi redgardenclogs,

  Do you mean you want to change redgardenclogs.wordpress.com? If so, there is no need to delete the site as the address can be changed with these steps:

  Change a Site Address

  Deleting the current site will also remove all the content and media. But changing the site address means you won’t need to manually move content over to a new site or start again afterwards.
