    I have bought the wrong plan. I meant to buy on WordPress.org

    The site I need help with is misrideycom.wordpress.com.

    You can cancel that plan under ‘My Purchases’, https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.
    Wordpress.org is only open source software and doesn’t sell plans. You must find yourself a hosting company and registrar for your domain. Next you must install and maintain your wordpress.org yourself.
    Here on wordpress.com hosting and domain are included in the plan. Also you don’t need to take care of updates and upgrades. You are also entitled to 24h/24h 7d/7d Unlimited Email Support and Live Chat support, depending on your plan.
