wrong website

    Predadonors is not the website I need help with. I need help with lilianmaythomsonzimmer.com my other website. You may have tried to bill me using an expired credit card.. please help

    For help with that site, please log out of this account and then log back in as lilianmaythomsonzimmer

    For what it’s worth, I see no recently renewed or soon expiring upgrades on that account, and we haven’t recently tried to process any charges on that account.

    Thanks for trying to help me. I logged out of the other site which is called Spotlight on Fr. Shay Cullen and tried to log back in as lilianmaythomsonzimmer to try to access my upgraded .com site and it still brought me to the other website. I am now at a loss on what to do to access the dashboard of lilianmaythomsonzimmer.com The site is still there but I just can’t figure out how to get to it. Do you have any more ideas that can help me…please.

    You cannot log out of a WordPress.com site. Only out of a WordPress.com account.

    Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button. That will log you out of your predadonors username account, which is the account that owns your site http://spotlightonfrshaycullen.wordpress.com/

    Once you’ve logged out of the account, go back to the login page, and now log in typing lilianmaythomsonzimmer where it says email or username, and use the password for that account, not the password for your predadonors account.
