Wrongly charged

Good morning,
I want to solution the fact that i was charged for a 2 years plan and don’t have access to my susbcription on my wordpress account. Again, I don’t see in my paid purchases what i paid for. I have my billing information at hand.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. Let’s see what we can figure out.
First off, I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. The two most common reasons for this are:
1. You ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and that account is the one that purchased the upgrade. In order for us to look into the situation, you would need to find the login to that account and contact us after logging in. If you happen to know the URL of ths site you were canceling, sharing that with us can often help us track down the account.
2. You had a website built with the WordPress software but hosted with another webhost (Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc). WordPress.com and the WordPress software are related, but separate entities. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
We at WordPress.com can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. We cannot help with WordPress sites hosted with other webhosts. You would need to contact your webhost’s support/billing team. Again however, if you can provide us with the URL of the site that you were trying to cancel, we often can point you in the right direction.
