  Hi I have been charged £88 for the domain ellamayhoughton.com, I have no idea why I was charged because it’s not showing up on my account. Please help.

  The site in question is actually connected to the ellahoughton20 user account and a refund has been processed already. Those take about 10 days to reach you.
