  czy moge zainstalować wtyczki bez planu biznesowego ?
  albo przynajmniej pobrac z serweru ?
  tzn próbowłam kilka razy w aktualnej sytuacji ( darmowe konto bez planu biznes) i nie mogę nic zrobić

  can I install plugins without a business plan?
  or at least download from the server?
  ie I tried several times in the current situation (free account without a business plan) and I can’t do anything

  I can’t, the message “requires a plan upgrade” is displayed

  If you want to install a plugin on WordPress.com you need to upgrade to the Business plan. There’s no other way.

  Please note that many of the features provided by plugins are already pre-installed on WordPress.com. Can you tell me what sort of functionality you’re hoping to add? If it’s available on our Free plan, I’d be happy to help you with it.
