  My theme I downloaded to the site has disappeared? I have done a lot of work on the website and now its not showing in the backend of WordPress. Please can someone help me as I desperately need to get this website done for my client.

  Hi there,

  Your custom theme on aestheticshouse.co.uk is no longer working because the Business Plan which you used to add that theme, along with the domain mapping upgrade which connected the domain to the site, expired on 6 April, and was removed from your account on 13 April. The only way to fix this is to buy a new Business Plan and reconnect the domain.

  I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for a new Business Plan. Once we receive your payment, we can reactivate the plan on the site and reconnect the domain mapping.
