    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

    Based on that error message the Simple Tags plugin on your site is causing an error, so you’ll likely need to log in via FTP at your hosting provider and manually delete that plugin to regain access, but the people in the WordPress.org forums will be better able to advise you as they have more experience with that version of WordPress.
