www,legal-shop.co.uk does not work even though Legal-shop,co.uk does

My domain legal-shop.co.uk works. But it does not resolve properly when I put in http://www.legal-shop.co.uk. Is this a problem with the hosting or with the wordpress set up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is going to be an issue that your domain registrar should be able to assist you with.
Sorry, I wish I could do more. But as the domain isn’t registered here, I’m limited on what I can do.

Unfortunately the domain registrar, 123-reg.co.uk referred me back to you.
After I contacted them they replied as following:
“I assure you that from the 123-reg’s side there isn’t any issue with the domain name legal-shop.co.uk.
Since the domain name legal-shop.co.uk uses the name servers ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, ns3.wordpress.com, all its DNS records are manageable from wordpress.com side.
Now from my googling of the issue I think the issue is that there is only MX records for the http://www.legal-shop.co.uk domain on the wordpress side. Which as I understand it relates only to emails.
I assume I also need a A record which has the http://www.legal-shop.co.uk.
Could this be the case or could you direct me to a guide or forum that could help me resolve this issue?

I am suspicious that your MX records are entered incorrectly and that is the source of the issue. What was the exact response you got from 123-reg when you asked them what MX records to use?

I have further correspondence with 123-reg, and I am afraid tried to fix the issue myself.
Below is the second correspondence from 123-reg.
Please make sure that the following MX records are in place for your legal-shop.co.uk domain:
mx0.123-reg.co.uk (priority 10)
mx1.123-reg.co.uk (priority 20)I have checked the domain name and I am afraid that the MX records are incomplete: http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3alegal-shop.co.uk&run=toolpage
As for the other DNS records, you will need to contact your current Hosting provider as they can provide you the correct resolution.

I would recommend you to contact your name server provider and ask them to check if they set up any DNS record with the www Hostname.
The www DNS record indicates what will be displayed for http://www.legal-shop.co.uk

I have no more information to give I am afraid. I have read through some of the errors given back on on mxtoolbox.com and found them clear concise and completely mystifying.
I have obviously made a mistake here somewhere. What that mistake is however escapes me!

I’m seeing http://www.legal-shop.co.uk point to legal-shop.co.uk now just as it should. And your MX records look much more normal.
