x2 WordPress accounts configured to my website – unable to complete woocommerce installation and no site statistics showing.
-
Hi, I seem to have x2 WordPress.com accounts, one of which is hosting my theme and this one – which is linked to my website http://www.kiyanawraps.com but does not carry the theme I have. As a result – and I do not know how, my website stats are feeding into this one and not the other, the woocommerce plugging is also not working. I am suspecting due to this account existing and interfering with the communication? I need help as I cannot complete the full woocommerce installation on the actual site where the Sahel Theme dashboard is installed and as a result I cannot take orders or make sales. How can I resole this? Do I delete this account / WordPress account or create a new woocommerce account? I am at a loss.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi @kiyana22, it sounds like your question might be for Jetpack support. Can you work with your host to ensure you’re connected properly:
Then, can you reach out to their support team?
Also, just to clarify, Jetpack requires you to have an account that works here on WordPress.com, on Jetpack, on Gravatar, etc. That would be separate from your login for http://www.kiyanawraps.com/wp-admin — so that could explain the two accounts thing. If the stats are broken, it could just be something wrong with your Jetpack connection.
