Xanga entries

I followed the instructions to download my Xanga content. I keep and keep importing files but I don’t see them anywhere? I keep getting e-mails and confirmation that everything is being imported and going through, but nothing shows up. Please help.

Are you importing to https://xanga6design.wordpress.com/?
If your content is not being imported with the Xanga importer, please try using the WordPress importer instead and see it that helps.
Also make sure that you’re importing the files in order – our logs show you’ve imported files numbered _2 and _3, but I don’t see the first file in our logs. If you got a file from Xanga without a number like that appended, that one without the number is the first file.

I’ve been trying multiple times to export my Xanga entries. I followed the instructions posted on the WordPress website. Last night I sent a message and someone replied but did not provide me the answer I needed. :( I used the Xanga importer as well as the WordPress importer. I get the messages and e-mails saying the import was successful and confirmation that everything was imported. However, I don’t see them anywhere and I need guidance on what to click to get to those posts. Can someone please help? Is there a customer service number where someone could walk me through this? Thank you so much! All I’m wondering is, if everything is going through, where do I find it? Where exactly do I click after the import to see the imported Xanga Posts?

I don’t see any emails from you in our support system though. What email address did you send from?
I’d like to take a look at what’s going on there so we don’t wind up undoing something they’ve done.
