Xanga Import

    Hello, I followed the step by step directions and tried importing my Xanga XML file but after it uploads I cannot find my post/photos. Can you provide assitance?

    Hi there,

    I am able to see your posts form the posts page here. Are those all the posts that should’ve been imported?

    The export from Xanga.com includes links to images on Xanga, but not the media files themselves, so there are no images in your export file from Xanga. So, we recommend saving the images via your browser and manually moving them over to your WordPress.com site. Otherwise, I would reach out to Xanga and see if they have a better solution regarding moving over images.
