xfer a theme

bought the theme TheStyle and would like to xfer it to my other blog damonrichard.wordpress. Followed the directions to xfer to another site and under my upgrades it only gives the options to cancel or refund, no xfer option.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The issue is that you have two different WordPress.com accounts. Your sites need to be under the same account in order to transfer upgrades between them.
