XML File for exporting all content will not download.

  I need to know how I can generate the all content .xml file from wordpress as it will not download from the export section. I have asked the agency about it that built the site and they think the file might be too large. Therefore, how can I get it downloaded?
  Shopify will only import the all content file, they wont allow you to download part by part.
