  I have hosting with Register.com, but id like to create my new site on WordPress and then migrate my hosting to GoDaddy
  My website is http://www.xrfsco.com – is their a temporary domain I can use until im ready to migrate my hosting?

  Your WordPress.com business site currently has the “staging URL” active, which is https://xrfsco.wpcomstaging.com/

  You are welcome to get your new site fully set up at that staging URL, and then when you are ready to “launch” it to replace the current site you can connect xrfsco.com at that time.

  When you feel that you are ready to launch your site on xrfsco.com let us know and we can walk you through the steps to connect your URL.
