‘You Cannot Map Another WordPress.com Subdomain…’

    Hello! I’m trying in vain to get our old, invalid WordPress.com site to redirect to our new site, hosted by InMotion. Redirect, or point, or whatever it is. I’ve followed all of the ‘Map a Domain’ steps, but at the end when I click ‘Add’, I get a message that states, ‘You cannot map another WordPress.com subdomain – try creating a new site or one of the custom domains below.’ There ARE NO ‘custom domains’ below! There is nothing below but whitespace below. Could anyone tell me, please, how to get our old, invalid website to take people to our new, active site after they have done an Internet search for us? Thank you!

    The site I need help with is dflsd37.wordpress.com.
